These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92pak3 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 92pak3.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

You acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling varies by country and, within Pakistan, may be subject to restrictions under federal and provincial legislation. 92pak3 does not represent that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with local law.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship orders or those legally declared incapable of managing their affairs are not eligible to hold an account.
One Account Rule: Each individual is entitled to register one account only. If you have forgotten your account credentials, please use the account recovery process. Creating a second account to gain additional bonus entitlements or to circumvent a suspension constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension without refund of funds associated with fraudulent activity.
92pak3 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address where required and a selfie or liveness verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents through unencrypted email, chat services or third-party messaging applications. Never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
The Platform is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You are permitted to browse platform content, place wagers for personal entertainment, access responsible gambling tools and contact customer support.
We endeavour to maintain Platform availability at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, network disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. The Platform displays familiar Pakistani payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for contextual orientation. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available through 92pak3 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the respective offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that a User must place total qualifying bets equal to twenty times the bonus amount (e.g., PKR 1,000 bonus × 20 = PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers) before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Not all game types may contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting mathematical loopholes, placing offsetting bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements or using automated betting systems, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel bonus-derived winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.
Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity window will expire and be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical error during bet placement — including but not limited to system outages, connectivity failures or display errors — the Platform's server records shall be the definitive record of bets placed. If a bet is placed at an incorrectly stated price due to a manifest error, we reserve the right to void the bet and return the stake.
Markets are settled according to the official result from the relevant sports body or data provider. For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — the official result declared by the relevant cricket authority at the end of play shall govern settlement. In-play markets follow real-time data and are settled at the conclusion of the relevant in-play period.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including match abandonment, incorrect odds posted due to a technical or human error, or where an event did not take place as scheduled. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the User's account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pak3 Platform:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds in the account and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, mirror, frame, download (except where download functionality is expressly provided), store or transmit any content from this Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak3, its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any one claim or series of connected claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers will be settled according to standard rules. Any genuine, non-bonus real-money balance remaining at closure will be refunded to you subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC within the required period, or where we reasonably determine that continued service provision would violate applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive account termination.
92pak3 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pak3 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
For informal dispute resolution, Users are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute resolution process outlined in the operator's license jurisdiction shall apply.
Pakistani Users: Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation. You remain responsible for determining whether use of this Platform is lawful under Pakistani federal and provincial law.
